There’s a strong parallel between that Jerky Boys character and CM: he's zooming up and down the street in his motorcycle, zooming all around, no license, he's been drinking and his insurance is "through a friend".

Pure speculation here but I think that if one really thinks that their liability is extremely limited I don't see them fleeing the USA.

The location and the apartment I would rent is different than the location/apt I would invest in if purely interested in profit and CF. 

I prefer Airbnb purely b/c more rental income and easier turn over.

The food and drink scene here is great and there are lots of mom and pop shops instead of big chain stores.  

If no team, I'm pure sure he can build one through friends, associates, and family members.  

That is probably more than you wanted to know about packing plants... but look at all 4 aspects- where water comes from, what needs to be done prior to drinking it, how to treat it, there where does the finished product go. one more thing- what do the water rights cost- and can you even purchase them.

I get what you are saying and pure numbers you are right if you invested that extra $200 or whatever in another property.
