I literally built all of my real estate knowledge through listening to podcasts, posting on forums, connecting with other investors on biggerpockets and attending meetups.

You've got some great advice from others in this post already, so one thing I'll add is to make sure you are analyzing deals, running the numbers, and just practicing these things so that you start getting comfortable with understanding what does and does not make a good deal.
