I would want to look at the population in a 1, 3, and 5 mile radius from your project site. 

I'd want to see three recent (last 6 - 12 months) projects he worked on and look at the numbers.

ALSO WHERE WOULD BE THE BEST PLACE AND THE EASYEST PLACE TO GET FUNDS FOR MY PROJECT.

I need to get this project done so that it can start producing some income and appreciate the help!

Since the townhome was move in ready, my fiancé and I have spent the last 7 months doing smaller rehab projects (staining decks, popcorn ceiling removal, kitchen backsplash, new paint and bathroom renovation).

I've had bids from $7k to $38k for the same project.

Second and third deals contracts signed and pending -- So excited - but wait... they want full executive summary and business plans with 3 year projections...

There are ways around this for sure, but will require a lot of trust on behalf of your partner since he will be putting money into a project that he is not on title for.

Are there any special tax issues given that the IRA and the partner are doing this project.
