Do you think you can have a productive conversation with him?

The person I dealt with at this small bank just happened to like to talk and she didn't mind telling me all about their loan products and answering my questions.

Rents in this area go $1,200 - $1,500 and buildings in good to excellent shape sell for $310,000 - $350,000.I am looking for financial help on this.

Unfortunately, the loan size ($300k-$400k) is a bit too small for CMBS or conduit loans, but I was hoping someone would know of other methods to obtain this this kind of product.

I researched 6-7 providers and found quite a bit of differences but all had a pretty good product and what seamed like a good management team.

Can anyone clearly explain this type of product as it relates to SFH's owned by an S-Corp or LLC, not individually or personally owned.
