I don't think you should prioritize paying it off.Instead, I think you should prioritize using your savings to find investments that can make you more than 4.25%.

So, unless you are already a high income earner, there is little tax advantage to holding properties in a corporation.The biggest advantage to a corporation comes with size or when you have other players involved.
