* Some mold on wood (dark staining) in attic, inspector thought it was due to the crawl space having moisture in it before,  crawl space was recently totally redone and looks very good now.

You'll probably save money paying a handyman or some young person to remove the old carpet and pad.... and we'll go ahead and assume there are pet staining... so make sure you have someone get in there and bleach the floor and paint it with Killz or a product that is anti-microbial.

It seems this was done to prevent overflow of the septic, so therefore seems safe to assume the septic wouldn't be able to handle the extra load if the plumbing was corrected to discharge into the septic.

Often this involves only replacing the top deadbolts as we're using passage door knobs (no locks) to prevent tenants for accidentally locking themselves out.Gail
