Education, podcasts, seminars, and books are wonderful resources to learn strategies and be able to setup up solid bases but you have to jump out there and try it at some point.

With the old forum setup, I was able to go to "My Discussions" and "Started" to see a list of all of the posts that I created. 

However, I'm curious to know how you set up the entity structure of your business while maintaining complete anonymity.

I am not an accountant, but we have our entities set up so our subsidiary LLCs are owned by our parent LLC.

Any other insight on this is greatly appreciated.2) PAYING MY COMPANY AND MYSELF: I’m extremely ignorant as to how I can put myself on the payroll once the home is setup in the LLC.

I wanted to give them ample time to get everything set up before the 1st. 

More importantly if anyone else would rent them them....did you set up your own rental criteria?

I know this set up is not always common in all states, but I've seen this quite a bit here in CO.
