Could you imagine people living with their parents until they could afford a home because there were no rentals?

VERY GREEN (bought my house in 2016, sold July 2022 moved back in with my parents, netted a very nice profit.My offer was accepted on a DUPLEX in a popular town close by.  

Usually a young guy with a blow up mattress and Roku TV that's happy to be out of his parent's house for a month. 

If you hate change and wouldn’t mind writing them a check for $300 every month for reduced rent I would only ok it if the “child” qualifies, AND the parent it willing to remain financially responsible.

They were a good risk as each parent consented to add their names and background checks to each one.

I am flying on my way from Maui to Tucson for my daughters UofA parents weekend and thought i could make the conference!!  

Favorable landlord/employer reference (Please call them. some lazy landlord/PM skip this step where I see this is another chance to get a data point on the applicant) I've seen people putting fake contact info, their parent's contact info as reference.

Fortunately, up until I graduate from my masters program, my parents are covering my rent and then all other expenses are covered by me (utilities, gas, food, my dog, etc.). 

I have a scenario where my parents and I both built separate cabins that are side by side.
