A unified looking structure vs pieces and parts attached together.Maybe make it 8 foot deeper than you think you want it, then when company comes over it's like a big outdoor shady room.Just my 2 cents.

People normally are turned off but I'm not sure they can't entertain sheetrocking the ceilings if they hate it that much.

I don't actually spend much time in my Taj Mahal but prefer to spend the time outdoors.

If these potential tenants do come in ( i will find out either Monday or Tuesday) and they want to purchase the house, i will have them sign a lease to rent first then take it from there for the purchase agreement if they go that way, but will introduce them to my mortgage broker to see if they can work out a mortgage first before even entertaining this other direction. thank you for any time you may have in answering these questions, i will also seek an attorneys advice if it goes this direction, but i want to get as much knowledge on it as i can before hand.

If you have them use dish, then you can turn off their entertainment as soon as any problems occur.  

We have entertained the idea of increasing the fee and it sounds like it might be the route to try next.

Staying outdoors either on the front or back lawn, balcony or other open air space is encouraged after main concerns have been addressed.

I think the entertainment business (LA) or tech business (SF) will see their ups and downs over time but you can't still take away the weather, the diversity, the scenery and the progressive nature of this state.
