update.my 3 unit cash out was cancelled by quicken loans. i give them no stars.90 days and $500 later to tell me they dont accept reserve money in dba account. i needed 2 months in personal savings. this after 10 other stupid red tape bait switch tactics. and 3 different loan officers all with varying degrees of knowledge.

Typically rent is not earned until the month it is due, so should be retained in a prepaid account, and/or accounted for as unearned revenue until the month it is earned.

When setting up our Solo401k, I read I needed to keep all monies separate, My rollovers, My wife's Rollovers, My contributions, etc.So I currently have two accounts, My rollovers ($92,xxx) and my wife's rollovers ($2,7xxx).My question is, do I now need a third account for doing the actual purchases?
