I have no objection to the above mentioned areas of San Antonio but you'd be limiting yourself if those are the only areas you're willing to explore.

They're all so relatively close to one another, but if year-round rental income is your primary objective I would shy away from anchoring onto one of the two ski resorts.

I would say stick to your numbers and be objective and then you'll know if you find something worthwhile.
