Many people like to manage their own properties but if you want to build a solid business with systems that run on autopilot your better off outsourcing the day to day and focus on accumulating properties.

You'll probably learn a lot from their perspective on that.It's rare for that kind of vacancy to exist without some sort of systemic issue.

The system has a limit on the file size/resolution of profile photos.

Depending on the type of tree most feeder roots are fairly close to the surface, and given that there's a house on one side and a driveway on the other I would guess most of this tree's root system was in the dirt you just covered with pavers. 

We aren't built to look after people not working, our healthcare system isn't up to the task either.
