The billing should be logical with a mathematical formula. 

In Oregon, every year the politicians give very logical reasons why a sales tax is a great idea, and how it will reduce other taxes.

I feel it's simple logic, take smaller steps and later go bigger.

The logical answer is housing.

I'm jus trying to understand the logic/legality better. 

My logic was that if it turns out I should have paid for my tuition, I could always just pay the student loan off with the money that I stashed to the side.

What are your thoughts on this logic? 

Just trying to make sure my logic isn't terribly flawed.  

Many tenants currently are having problems finding new rentals to move to.2) Crazies may see ad and door knock anyways - upsetting current tenants, causing them to be more difficult during their MoveOut.3) No idea what the property condition is and how long it will take to RentReadyProperty owners always want their properties marketed ASAP, but rarely stop to think through these logical points!

I learned that sometimes when you feel something in your gut or spirit that does not sit right go with that over logic.
