If the 12% APR is not hit, then it's just 50/50.There are tons of ways to do this, but this way kind of lights a fire under the working partner to do his best.Just my thoughts on this.Good Luck!

@Mike Webb I'm sure the BP staff appreciates the enthusiasm but the BP office here is a working business and currently doesn't do tours or have time to take from the business of keeping the lights on.

I once charged a tenant back for over 24 light bulbs she was responsible for and when she balked at it and took me to court I had pictures of all 24 burned out bulbs and a HD receipt showing exactly what they cost.

@Allen Lopez Likely yes.You'll probably need multiple permits, because you'll probably be running electric into it (garage opener and lights).I would guess a construction and electrical at minimum.As other have said, get with the city, they'll let you know what you need

@Collin Schwartz I have a tenant recently installed ring door bell and also ring flood light cam, even though the house is in a nice neighborhood.
