Hey Friends, Does anyone have recommendation for a good, inexpensive property management software platform?

One of the major reasons we initially chose to advertise with Google is its near search monopoly (Google #1, Youtube #2) and it's platform's ability to focus advertising dollars on common seller demographics in specific areas.As of October 2020, we are now told we can no longer target our customer bases by zip code, age, and other demographics because of a politically motivated policy meant to combat social injustice.

We have two OH NPNs and are looking into using a Private Selling Officer (PSO) instead of going the traditional route of Sheriff's Sale.It appears that it's better, quicker, and will net us more if we use an online auction platform as opposed to doing a sheriff's sale.

I detest elitism and discrimination of any kind.Answer:TBH, I do not really care where your rental payment comes from, as long as you are not paying me with funds that could be taken by the government for some reason (you stole them from the bank, or not sure how the government would deem they could confiscate the funds, but as long as they're mine when you give them to me, I don't care where you got them.)This is a business, not a platform to make political statements.
