@Gabe Knowles pretty much what @Travis Biziorek said.One of the best ways to succeed in this business is by hiring experts and learning from them so you can do it yourself the right way going forward.Trying to do it yourself and learn as you go, will usually cost you WAY MORE!

I'm curious as well to learn more about this.

Sitting at the intersection of machine learning, these algorithms learn from vast datasets to identify patterns and make informed decisions.

I'm almost 17 and hope to learn all I can before I jump in!

If you go this route be very firm on the date they leave.I am sure you have learned a lesson here - start eviction once they get behind in rent, don't let it drag on.
