But one thing that always amazing me and I am just sayin.. virtually everyone of them leads off with HEY I WAS DEAD POOR  POORER than poor then in 3 short years I am now retired just follow my system.

Broadly speaking, no house will survive from a direct hit from a tornado.  

I don't have any direct feedback for you, but I can tell you a loooooot of wholesalers are using it in Tampa.

I don't have the ability to spend all the marketing dollars to get to the seller directly like the larger investors do.

If your budget is tight, the best option may be for you to supervise the work yourself and hire qualified tradesmen directly.  

For example we are in valuation downturn for office, self storage and some multi-family.
