Hello All,Preparing a rental for tenants and just realized that there is a longer than normal lead time on the availability of kitchen cabinets.Ikea are proving far too slow.Currently beginning the process with Home Depot.Does anybody have any suggestions where I can get a new kitchen quickly?

hmmmm...One opinion is to take the lead from the insurance companies. 

So for example, my latest endeavor is to try to buy a condo or in Florida to rent out (my Aunt has a lead on an old lady wanting to sell).

Defund the police  that lead to 35 murders by gun first 3 months of the year when PDX averaged ONE.. per month..

Their models seem to differ on how they rate a particular property and that can lead to very different rates.   

Anything that could lead to the lease not being enforceable.

Now you have more leads coming in, how are you going to handle all of these leads?

If so, the lead time from start to finish after land acquisition will be about one year with most of that time used for permitting.
