Would I just continue to buy one house at a time or would it be better to try to scale up (larger package of sfh or small multis) I work a steady job and my strategy right now is buy and hold.

The problem is if you calculate the long term interest savings, it takes many years to even break even on the larger upfront interest payment.

While looking into this property, and listening to all the various podcast, it seems Multifamily is where it is in relation to larger returns. 

Literally the buyer just does a larger downpayment.

Take advantage of all that is offered here then graduate to networking events.

The larger investors investing millions tend to read in the back ground and then contact me privately on BP to talk about investing.
