If I can't find one though, I could always go the route that's been suggested and take out a private loan from someone with an SDRA, and use it on a house flip.You're right though, it's definitely difficult to achieve and would take me doing some homework, but it's possible!

Way down on Hall Station, almost to Kingston, there’s a pull-off on the west side of the road where kids go to jump off the rope swing into Connesena Creek.For the people of Bartow County, this spot is known for how cold the water is; but for Joey, it holds a warm place in my heart.

Old galvanized pipes corrode on the inside and may not be an issue for a family or couple but put a bunch of college kids in there and the problem will quickly reveal itself.

Love to hear some innovative ideas for teaching our kids how it all works.My main two ideas so far are:1. when they want a decent-sized purchase (say $100ish) outside of bday/xmas, have them read a book along the lines of Millioniare Next Door/RichDadPoorDad and write me a book report2. gradually pay them to manage my local properties.
