I have one for each state so obviously I would have multiple entities but it has nothing to do with deceptionOluwatosin- I don't know the exact specifics on this one but we don't lend in NY under the 100% program I used to do so not really sure why he is saying new appraisal etc. unless I had him switched over to the cost program.

Definitely, agree with that.For actual closings, I anticipate using a title company's office, the office of the other realtor involved in the transaction, or if neither of those is an option renting out a small office space for an hour or two.

At the end of the day, the time, stress etc it saves me its worth it.Also for handyman work, they will typically charge you a minimum price, like $200 for a call so its good to have a list of multiple items then just calling them every time something small pops up.
