Check the Internet -- it is definitely at multi-level marketing company. 

I would recommend you speak with your CPA rather than getting opinions from the Internet regarding your tax implications now and future as well as what entity is best for your personal situation and goals.I do recommend you invest using an entity for asset protection and in regards to flipping, typically, not always, an S Corp is best for a number of reasons - speak with your CPA on this. 

Copying your post into 2 other sections for a total of 3 of the exact same posts within 4 minutes is not something that is typically done on an internet forum. 

I suggest finding a local LO and going from there -- a good one should be able to replace another 6 months of internet research with 45 minutes of talking.

Beware what you read on the internet.  

I'm no legal eagle, (lord knows there are enough self anointed legal scholars in every corner of the internet), but I am an experienced investor with lease options. 

I don't include internet, lawn care, or pool care in my flat fee since I'd have to do that if I was living alone anyway.
