The plantiff was a Hard Money lender and the defendant an LLC.There were no photos of the inside of the home on the internet, but I did a walk-by before the auction and could notice plenty of enhancements- new paint exterior, new windows, new AC compressors out in the back lawn, some electrical conduit ran, nice light fixtures and swimming pull furniture, etc. 

No one could possible pay licensing fees, insurance, agent commissions, software, rent, vendors vetting, accounting, website, advertising, cameras, phones, internet, etc for $79/month.

If you really want to pay for MLS data you could probably do that, however that will only take you as far back as internet listings but still. 

I wasn't really old enough to be working and investing during the lead up and imediate aftermath of the last one so take my opinion for what it is, some random guy on the internet that might know what he is talking about but probably has no idea lol.

Check the Internet -- it is definitely at multi-level marketing company. 

I would recommend you speak with your CPA rather than getting opinions from the Internet regarding your tax implications now and future as well as what entity is best for your personal situation and goals.I do recommend you invest using an entity for asset protection and in regards to flipping, typically, not always, an S Corp is best for a number of reasons - speak with your CPA on this.
