Cozy does hold the funds for several days, but I know they’ve been paid as soon as they initiate the transaction.

Sometimes the "scraper" would take forever to scrape or it would say "pending" for 48 hours or so, so I initiated a support ticket to inquire on if I was using it properly or not and never heard back.

The BRRRR method is my initial focus as I have background in construction, previously running a part time rehab/remodeling business. 

If then pay off the initial investors and cash out and remaining equity for a new deal.
