@Craig StoryThose numbers seem incredibly low.  

Developers are offering incredible incentives, and landlords that are now dealing with tenant payment issues will likely be more motivated to cash out and sell. 

It's the reason we target this product- for robustness in recessionary environments... and our sellers' stoic behavior is validation if anything. 

Will be interesting given the current environment. 

The swap market is a bit more attractive than that right now and lots of yield upside if we get into an inflationary environment. 

Today, information is so abundant, the only benefit I can imagine to going to college other than having the piece of paper would be immersing yourself in an environment with other people focused on education, but you can find that outside of school.

@Rich Weese, I am curious as to why you decided to sell in this uncertain environment.
