My question is this: What market trends have you noticed taking place in the metro area that may indicate good investing opportunities? 

This doesn't seem to be a market trend, just a thing on these two duplexes.

If I can give you one advice: when following the market trends and look at all the data and different statistics, as only one or two articles could be misleading. 

My entire summer was spent learning how to trade, trends, bonds, when to trade, penny stocks, etc.

Any info on the trend of downtown St Pete? 

After thinking about it and talking it over with my wife, we feel a 15 small house "community" would best meet the need for this, tap into the "small" trend, and keep utility expenses low to maximize profits.
