Revis Boyd Isbell III Paint peeling off like rubber

We were not able to view the property before hand but did have pictures and a assessment of the property to go off of.When we finally closed and went inside to look it over and get a plan together, we noticed that the paint was peeling (the LR and hallway are a lime green and every other room in the house is a different color) in just about every room.

You, on the other hand, by being a Manager-Member, owns 19% of the LLC.The LLC then invests in the syndicated deal and the members get a pro-rated portion of the profits/distributions from the syndicated investment.As always have a lawyer in your state ensure you're doing this the right way.

Hi guys, it seems like since the "Stress Test" was implemented checking for "borrowing strength" by mortgage advisers depends solely on income/salary regardless of cash in hand.
