I would need to find one that fit my buying criteria but from an investment standpoint, there is no better vehicle grow your money.

There is one suggestion I have about using your 401k, without penalty by converting it to a self directed 401k,  then it can invest into your rentals and you can grow your 401k with payments back out of the rentals.

Without looking I had already met and put together not just resources but business associates - people that not only help me to continue learning and growing but genuinely have an interest in my business.Going through the process of finding lenders I found some select lenders that provided (HELOC) or can provide the essentials of what I can rely on when it comes to acquiring my next loan.In hind sight it seemed relatively easy.

In order to grow my business I understand I have to step out of my comfort zone.

Every city has areas that are growing, areas that are stagnant/consistent, and areas that are declining.  

I was just hoping that there would be some creative way to get the property out from underneath the SDIRA w/o having to sell it to someone else (refi, assignment, subject to, lease purchase, anything) so I could start growing a portfolio that not only helps my retirement, but also helps me in the here & now. 

I'm also growing accustomed to the idea of wholesaling but must admit that I am not well-versed on the topic.
