Greetings everyone,I'm new to real estate investing in the Washington, DC area, however I understand the importance and power of having a exceptional team.

You go there, hand out business cards, get business cards, talk and ask them about what they do. 

Currently I am sending out 40-80,000 post cards a month and about 40,000 door hangers.

In full disclosure I would like to present my newbie card upfront because everyday we are learning more about this business.

Postcards or yellow letters? Is list source worth the money invested? Any other suggestions? And where would I create the yellows letters or postcards at, click2mail? I'm just trying to gather up information so I can ...

It's kind of quirky as they make you enter your credit card info every time you login, but don't stress.

I have sent flyers, business cards and a cover letter to every refinery and welding school in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi. 

I’m mainly referring to the small stuff like business cards, website design, and LLCs.
