That'll give you a list of addresses to narrow your search for sales, building permits, etc.

With a quick search using the biggerpockets search bar, if you type in “how to find cash buyers” you’ll find more strategies than you will ever get on this single thread.

Now, I’m searching for another multi unit.

.- Other than google searching comparable rentals, is there any way you all accurately project rents as well as vacancies for your areas?

A quick search in Mt Vernon between $75k -$80k... every house looks like it needs a new roof so make sure you factor that in.

Hey there,I've been searching properties in the upstate of South Carolina for several weeks now (and I feel somewhat dumb for even posting this to begin with because I actually own a few rentals and I'm slightly terrified come tax time next year), and apparently I've been running my tax numbers all wrong and not accounting for the 6% non-owner occupant rate.Am I completely missing something or does this seem to kill virtually every deal out there??

I remember when eBay was plagued with scammers selling fake everything, internet stock forums were full of pump-and-dumpers (who actually succeeded at their ploys) and Google search advertisements promised to regrow your hair.
