Some people like the longer descriptions and others just want the facts, lol.

We're running out of places to build that's anywhere significant geographically in the metropolitan areas and we have an extremely low supply of inventory and high high demand. 

You should consider looking for a CPA that specializes in the type of investing you do, rather than one that's limited to your geographic location. 

Other platforms in other geographic areas may have a different result.

Also have had people spell things wrong in the description that make future tenants feel like it may be a scam.
