After months of BS with Chicago zoning we finally closed in June.

On final inspection the camera detected a three inch belly in the pipe.

My partner and I own a couple properties that we rent and we are finally motivated to take things up a notch.

I added another 15% for repairs to the final estimate.BTW, I used your book as a guide for the inspection and estimated repairs :)But I understand your sentiment, and one can put as much as they'd like into a home.

I said yes every time and the house was finally sold.

The unit was finally rent ready by mid-November 2013.
