. - I would think that this project will take too long and has too many moving parts - I personally would not get involved.I like my deals simple, fast, all cash and free of government interference and unexpected cash drain from my existing cash flow or committed equity - I don't want to have to explain in explicit details to a bunch of liberals W-2 employees in the county office or be associated with predatory mortgage brokers, clerks at banks or any other type of lenders for a short term loan in order to make a deal work - NO THANK YOU - I want to sleep at nights without the worry of who's watching my project - how am I going to pay my next mortgage payment and when in the heck am I going to see a profit?
