Im wondering if that feature only works with an "upgraded" podio account. 

When we redid our house in the Redmill area of Virginia Beach we over renovated it with a duel head bathroom shower, and many other features because we thought it would be a personal longer than it ended up being.

Contractors - The final frontier.The problem with Angie's list and other similar sources is that the contractors pay to be featured on there. 

But as a property owner/landlord I can see the issue with ROI of the equipment and monthly monitoring.That said, I think the more you can use your security system to provide tenants more "home automation" features (i.e. controlling lights, thermostats, locks, etc.) from their smart phones, I think that is where you may be able to recognize some returns, especially in "A" and "B" class neighborhoods.Just my 2 cents.Lee

There are few brokerages/banks/credit unions who still offer this feature with registered accounts  - the Big-5 decided it was not profitable for them and have all discontinued their offerings of this service.3) Is your mortgage with a 'B' lender?
