Census 2018 Data just released...Following cities make in Top 10 list for population growth...What is your opinion about investing in one of these cities and what is your most favorite?

As soon as I make a trip to the attic to look for it I plan to share it all as a set, maybe in the "investor diary" section.I didn't refer to it as a "turn key" at the time.I've considered/discussed selling to tenants but none have taken me up on it. 

My favorite part about real estate investing is learning how to create efficiencies around the processes!

I have been happily married to my favorite person since 2014 and we recently had our first child, a baby girl we named Harper.

We can commit to the time for the research/reno phase to take trips, but we do plan on getting a property manager once everything is settled. 

A few of my favorites in no particular order1. 

He told me he wants to be more liquid and would sell me my favorite of the five properties (or all five properties), or wants me to find buyers for the five properties since he wants to be more liquid in a few months for  a larger development opportunity.
