It doesn't make sense because I'm the kind of person that wants to lay eyes on the asset during the diligence process and at least 1-2 times a year after that.

I personally wouldn't hire a designer as I think I have a decent eye for those kinds of things but to each their own.

Hi Jacob,I've been living in the Astoria/LIC area for around 2 years and its quite eye opening seeing all the construction around the 7 N/Q and 7 lines.

Also, in a window well of a house a tree was growing that had been growing for about 8-10 yrs.Keep an eye on the unkept yards for leads.

I will keep my eye on it for now and if nothing has changed for a few months might follow up and see if they have softened their position at all on the mortgage assumption or vendor financing.
