It all depends and I am not an expert.

I know in my experience of researching LLCs and even taxes and all that....there are so many ways to go wrong with LLCs and taxes on properties that it'd be extremely easy to mess yourself up for benefits from the properties.

I'd like to become somewhat of an expert in this field before flipping properties in the future.

Some of the tenants are paying extremely low rent, and I don't see them moving on any time soon.

I hired a foundation expert and had him look at it, can't remember the exact amount, I guess it was around 500$, the guy actually paid very little attention to the foundation, he was looking for the gaps between ceiling and walls, cracks around windows / frame, and drop in floor level, in the end he said it'll last another 100 years.
