I just remembered what one of the terms of that contract were -- that the owner opted into the PM's online rent collection system where everyone paid online for free or paid something like $10 extra a month for non-online payments.

Sure, it may take years to get there and gain the experience but once you do the knowledge and opportunities that come your way are priceless.

Each professional should have at least 15 years or more of experience in the area because I want to speak to those who have been in the game for a while and have extreme knowledge of where the area is going.
