It seems that tech work has decreased but its not a tidal wave nor do I expect it.

A lot of the figures you see in the forum wouldn't work today because of the high interest rates and, when they'd still do, it'd be manly in markets where the potential capital appreciation countries.I invest in Europe but in short-term rentals.

I want you to have realistic expectations.

If you can figure out how much money you have to spend on this, you'll quickly start to eliminate markets.
