@Mike Bianchi you have a park here with 100% park owned homes, yet the powerful strengths of MHPs exist when all the homes are owned by the residents. 

On top of that you can have an umbrella policy (which is pretty cheap since it covers liability above an existing base policy). 

Definitely visit their existing locations and look at online reviews as well.

Based on what I am reading and understanding, until our legislation passes something that changes the zoning restrictions, a design similar to come of the co-housing communities we are seeing pop up all over Europe can't exist legally.
