Covid is a game changer, I am not sure what the market will do but my tenants are paying rent and that is all that matters.

No way anyone should be going out there 3 times.As you suspect the usual suspects for speed and bandwidth are streaming movies, massive uploads, and online gaming.

I'm assuming you know the basics of paying in full, on time, etc.Here's a few things that will help fast track to establishing credit -Get an auto loan / a secured loan. 

I am a recently married student (Mech Engineering) and interested in learning (a lot) about the real estate game.

My business partner wanted to start into the rental game and this is a big first step. maybe too big unless we had help from someone who likes to help people out.
