Funding the project wasn't an issue but I underestimated the cost of rehab so I had to get loans from credit card (0% interest for 15 months), it did drop my credit I hope that it will bounce back once I pay it off.

We push the credit card system that our software provider (Easy Storage Solutions) provides, and we tell them we take checks or money orders as well.
