Most of mine pay electronically as it is easier in general for them, but if it is already hard to rent, this requirement may unnecessarily weed out good tenants.No smoking: This one is fine.

I have done the drive each time I was visiting and during my military time, I did classes at the electronic warfare school in town.

I had difficulty filing it electronically   It was finally accepted via check, however they are notW telling my that I need an EIN to use the site

This is already happening in Buckhead, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, etc. and those places didn't even emphasize community growth and planning in the same way modern, growth-oriented municipalities like Milton, Alpharetta, and Cumming/Forsyth County do now with town squares, walkability/connectivity, character areas, etc....The old way was just a lot of sprawl. 

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

Proper has more modern customer service and is a couple bucks cheaper. 

More modern amenities and infrastructure and upgrading of restaurants, homes and businesses to support the influx of travelers, second home buyers and relocation of families and retirees. 

Just get a proper home inspection and investigate the basement quality, electric type (i.e. knob and tube, aluminum, ungrounded, modern romex), plumbing type (i.e. cast iron, galvanized, pvc), and just be overall ok with an older building material.

Getting contracts electronically signed and no printing was very incredible when we started using it.
