I imagine having the same agent for both could give me some bargaining power to rescue commission %-wise across both transactions, but at the end of the day commissions are only a portion of a transaction.I’m looking for feedback from both agents and buyers/sellers.Thank you for your help!

You can also help this guy rig up an LCD-bulb clip-on desk lamp or two to a simple electrical outlet timer to turn on at a certain time and shine a light or two in his face to help him get up.

It is a SFH so I do not have 24 months of utility records but the average is around $450/month for power and $100/month for water.
