When this happened, there was a lot of fraud around driving up the price of a property in a short time without improving the property.

I do flip primarily in Rutherford county but am open to the surrounding areas as well.

I've found a property that is listed at $650,000 for 4 homes on a private drive way.

I'm not sure of if this is the right forum to post in or not, but I know if this property was to be purchased it would need to be demolished in order to conceal that a person died on this land.I found this yesterday while driving for dollars, I noticed that it was in distress it had an eerie type look and vibe emanating from it.

Livingston is growing steadily and there is extremely high demand there right now and lots of new business coming in, which will drive even more demand. 

Salt water, storm threats, and a snow-bird lifestyle are the driving force behind the need.

The 4-plex is turning out to be a great investment. learning to be a landlord is not easy but man is the cash flow great. currently driving for dollars around my neighborhoods, and sending yellow letters trying to find that next investment..not sure what my next move should be.
