"turnkey" companies are basically just a combination of in house investor realtors and property managers working in the "turnkey" markets.

I think the trouble I might have with that option is the current condition of the house.

There WILL be expenses for a house that is almost 100 years old.This may be a good deal, IDK, but quick math this is one I would pass and look for something that fits my needs better, but everyone is different.

Houfy is a great cheap option, but I highly recommend creating a branded website to enhance your guest experience and be able to house resources, local favorites, etc. 

Houses built in the area are in the $1-2 million range.
