There have been a few I would have gone after if I wasn't already knee deep.

I think it's great you want to dive in and get started in real estate.

I have a deep burning desire to learn everything necessary to be the best in my niche, regardless of the price.

Besides all that IMHO it's pretty hard for a new REI to get 6 properties settled enough to hang on to them when purchased so close together unless they have deep pockets to begin with.

I'd talk with someone who's familiar about the tax burdens you might face as a foreign national investing in the USA before you dive in. 

If you haven't gotten into it already, check out the podcasts, set up keyword alerts for topics/areas of interest, and dive into the forums for lots of great information.

I've been thinking of what it would take to build units here and I think that if I do build it'll be in 4 plexes like that just to make selling them off easier to regular people instead of deep pocketed investors. 

I do have twins on the way and just curious how time consuming this will all be and is it a healthy time to dive into a flip.

I'm starting to get the language down and I just got "Building Wealth One House at a Time" by John Schaub in the mail yesterday, so I plan on diving into it tonight.

I would like to dive into Okc at some point just waiting on the right opportunity.
