Louis (but I'm out of state).

As a new college graduate and newer to this market am I wondering what everyone's opinions are on what makes a good property management company and how you can stand out? 

We have heard good things about this area and are looking for an investment-friendly agent who has systems in place for out-of-state investors (we lived in Florida for 10 years and moved back to Europe).

The crazy thing is the carriers pulling out of the state. 

Recently the CFPB came out with an opinion on contract for deeds / land contracts etc and one of the issues discussed in them is the lack of appraisal and inflated valuations.

Hi everyone, As a first time out-of-state investor, I've heard buzz about promising neighborhoods in Columbus, like North Linden, Olde Towne East, and Franklin Park, known for their potential cash flow and appreciation.

I wanted him to fill out the application and do a credit/income/background check but I'm not sure if he will pass since he has no history in this country. 

After about 2 years of owning had to move out of state and hired someone to manage the properties.

I have logged out and logged back in, used incognition window, used the app and the website, and I can't seem to get around this.
