I am working on that MHU data base as well and trying to maximize my marketing efforts with the info on it, a lot of it is good but some is naturally outdated and with as fast as things change its really challenging for anyone to keep that list up to date.

This is tough to do - not impossible but you have to have a crazy good tactical mind and anticipate human nature in its entirety here.

but if the end lessors flakes out.. and again they will or do.. its just human nature with low down seller carry stuff..

Also, congrats on naturally being a little more conservative it seems with how you are approaching risk. 

Actual performance varies widely among sponsors so digging in to historical actual performance versus projections can provide some insight into how realistic the sponsors are when they form their assumptions.And as you astutely pointed out, as we navigate from sunny weather and into potential storms forming on the horizon, it is only experience that overcomes the forces of nature. 

It may be a reflection on human nature, that such devices should be necessary to control the abuses of government.
