Based on results obtained in my first quarter, I don't expect it will be too hard to make a multiple of my former six figure salary, and gain a lot of tax benefits as well.I'm also currently studying for my RE license, more to serve investment needs of myself and fellow investors than out of any desire to become a retail agent....but I'll certainly help out friends, family, and referrals w/ those needs when such opportunities present themselves.I made a hard transition from full-time worker to full-time real estate investor.

Paying retail for a liberal arts degree from a mid tier private school is not a great deal.

lol  Oh well, it cost me $300 but FNMA marketing department and their agent marketed the property as house on 1 acre when it actually was a house with an old storefront on 1.5 acres. 

Also, the dollar value they will attribute to an upgrade is retail, different than their cost.

Each county that handles section 8 housing will have a Housing Authority Department.
